Requirements

• Solid experience in office management, workplace operations, or administration
• Experience leading or coordinating a team
• Proven capability to handle office budgets, invoices, and supplier contracts
• Experience managing external vendors, landlords, and service providers
• Good organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage workplace projects, space changes, and operational initiatives
• Ability to ensure compliance with local health, safety, and administrative requirements
• Fluency in English and Serbian
