Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing and negotiating low-to-medium risk supplier contracts in technology, software and professional services
• Practical understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement fundamentals
• Proven track record independently finalizing agreements using templates and playbooks
• Direct experience operating and maintaining procurement or CLM platforms such as Coupa or NetSuite
• Experience shaping procurement contracting templates, playbooks or governance
• Fluent English communication skills
