Requirements

• Formal degree in law (LLB, LLM, Mgr, or equivalent)
• Extensive background advising multinationals on technology and commercial law
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial and technology agreements
• Deep understanding of software products, digital services and technology business models
• Fluency in English with ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
