Requirements

• Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or similar role
• Strong technical grounding in software development workflows including IDEs, git, code review, CI/CD and package management
• Hands-on technical background to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers
• Understanding of AI and agent concepts including tool use, MCP/ACP, context retrieval, evaluations and latency/cost trade-offs
• Ability to write SQL or Python to independently analyze product metrics and experiments
• Active personal experience using coding agents with perspective on current tool strengths and gaps
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
