Requirements

• Professional software development experience in Java or Kotlin
• 5+ years in technical product management or comparable role in complex technical domain
• Hands-on product person who lives in the product daily
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents
• Can define roadmaps with problem statements, success criteria and explicit trade-offs
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Ready to represent the product externally at conferences and in community
• Experience developing IntelliJ plugins or with IntelliJ Platform SDK is a plus
