Requirements

• 3+ years full-stack engineering, ideally on growth/monetization/activation at fast-growing consumer/prosumer product
• Significant Svelte or React experience (not pure-backend)
• Strong quantitative instincts: SQL, experiment design, separating signal from noise
• Track record of shipping changes that moved a metric and explaining how/why
• End-to-end ownership from hypothesis to shipped measured impact
• High ownership, speed, founder mindset in ambitious low-ego culture
• AI-native, actively using AI/agents to multiply output
• Clear written and verbal communication
