Requirements

• Proven track record in motion design with portfolio of completed projects
• Strong eye for typography, composition, color and visual hierarchy
• Strong animation fundamentals including timing, pacing and transitions
• Experience developing concepts and storyboards, not just animating supplied designs
• Experience with product/UI animation or creative software launches
• Proficiency in After Effects or equivalent motion-design software
• Clear communication and comfort taking projects through feedback and revisions
• Portfolio or reel required for consideration
