Requirements
- Experience planning complex, long-lead-time hardware in high-growth environment
- Skilled in demand forecasting, supply planning from BOM up, and S&OP cycles
- Analytical and commercially minded, able to discuss trade-offs with leadership
- Data-driven, decisive and execution-oriented
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator
- Comfortable building process in fast-growth, ambiguous environment
