Seasoned infrastructure dealmaker who thrives closing complex nine-figure agreements and building contracting playbooks from scratch. Comfortable in ambiguity, persuasive with executives, and driven to scale AI cloud capacity.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data center or infrastructure contracting, leasing, sourcing or procurement
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Personally closed large, complex agreements (typically $100M+)
• Negotiated data center leases or colocation agreements and/or construction, design or equipment contracts
• Understand data center lifecycle from land and power through commissioning
• Managed post-signature contracts including renewals, amendments and claims
• Set contracting process, policy or governance standards adopted organization-wide
• Comfortable briefing executives and managing parallel deals on compressed timelines
