Requirements

• 10+ years in data center or infrastructure contracting, leasing, sourcing or procurement
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
• Personally closed large complex agreements, typically $100M+ as lead negotiator
• Negotiated data center leases/colocation or construction, design and equipment contracts
• Understand data center lifecycle from land and power through construction and commissioning
• Managed post-signature contracts including renewals, amendments, change orders and claims
• Set process, policy or governance standards adopted by an organization
• Comfortable briefing executives and building business cases
• Operate in ambiguity managing parallel deals on compressed timelines
