Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with 5+ years in datacenter or mission-critical equipment
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading category managers or sourcing professionals while staying hands-on in negotiations
• Owned multi-year category strategies for high-spend, supply-constrained equipment
• Deep knowledge of datacenter OEMs, integrators, capacity, lead times and pricing dynamics
• Proven lead negotiator who has personally closed large master supply and capacity agreements
• Experience sequencing long-lead equipment against live construction schedules with design and construction teams
