Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management, including 5+ years in datacenter, mission-critical, energy or heavy industrial equipment
• 5+ years leading category managers or sourcing professionals while staying hands-on in strategy and negotiations
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent experience
• Owned multi-year category strategies for high-spend, supply-constrained equipment
• Knowledge of datacenter OEMs, integrators, capacity, lead times and pricing dynamics
• Personally closed large master supply agreements and capacity commitments
• Sequenced long-lead equipment against live construction schedules with design, engineering and construction
