Requirements
- Experience owning ASC 740 provision, forecasts and disclosures
- Experience directing federal, state and international income tax compliance
- Experience leading tax audits and controversy including IRS examination
- Knowledge of IRC Section 382 ownership change analyses
- Experience with project financings, SPVs and debt and equity structures
- Experience with international structuring, transfer pricing and VAT/GST
- Familiarity with state and local incentives, property and sales/use tax
- remote policy
- 4 days on-site per week, work from home on Tuesdays
