Ideal candidate
A current JD student excited by in-house work at a fast-paced AI company who enjoys tackling varied commercial and corporate projects and modernizing legal workflows with AI.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)
- Completed contracts coursework with strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or eager to learn
- Prior internship at a law firm or in-house legal team
- Experience with corporate and securities law and/or commercial or technology agreements
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle or legal workflow tools

- At least 1 day per week in San Francisco office
