Requirements
- Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)
- Completed contracts coursework with strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, or eager to learn them
- Able to work at least 1 day per week in San Francisco office
- Prior internship at a law firm or in-house legal team (preferred)
- Experience with corporate and securities law and/or commercial agreements (preferred)
