Requirements

• Master's or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations
• 1 year of experience establishing and managing product compliance and maintaining FDA-compliant FSVP program
• 1 year of experience developing SOPs across departments and overseeing training and implementation
• 1 year of experience identifying and formulating KPIs and clarifying management objectives
• 1 year of experience validating new operational processes using statistical regression models
• 1 year of experience formulating and mapping department processes using ARIS enterprise modeling
