Requirements

• Master's or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations
• 1+ year experience establishing product compliance and maintaining FDA-compliant FSVP program
• 1+ year experience developing SOPs, overseeing training and driving process improvement benchmarks
• 1+ year experience identifying KPIs and clarifying management objectives
• 1+ year experience validating processes with statistical regression models and aligning procurement, production and demand planning
• 1+ year experience mapping processes with ARIS and preparing management reports
