Requirements
- J.D. from accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 10+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in-house, ideally in technology, cloud or SaaS
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex buy-side and sell-side commercial transactions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to address unique issues in real time
