Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house (ideally technology, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS)
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions buy-side and sell-side
• Growth mindset and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environment
• Team mentality with flexibility to address unique issues in real-time
• Nice to have: infrastructure-as-a-service experience
• Nice to have: familiarity with privacy, data security, and/or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
