Requirements
- 8+ years in incident management, SRE, or infrastructure operations
- Experience managing incidents in large-scale distributed infrastructure
- Strong understanding of data center operations and cloud or hybrid platforms
- Proven ability to lead high-pressure incident response
- Experience with incident management frameworks such as ITIL or SRE
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Jira, and Datadog
- Knowledge of Incident Command System (ICS) and building incident command from scratch
