Requirements

• 7+ years of contracts or commercial management on large capital projects with construction and equipment contracts
• Datacenter or mission-critical experience, or oil and gas, energy or other complex construction programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience
• Personally negotiated master supply agreements with deep command of terms and conditions and commercial impact
• Owned claims and disputes through resolution and tracked contract obligations through closeout
• Built master agreement templates, clause libraries, SOPs, playbooks or approval matrices adopted by an organization
• Owned supply chain compliance including supplier onboarding, trade compliance, audit readiness and procurement controls
• Set reporting standards and built dashboards for contract, spend or compliance data and trained multi-site teams
• Served as primary business liaison to in-house Legal and outside counsel
