Requirements

• 5+ years operating Linux systems in production or HPC environments with hands-on storage at scale
• Hands-on experience operating Software-Defined Storage platforms at scale including management and data-plane APIs
• Comfortable owning a production storage incident end to end from alert through root cause to postmortem
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms including building dashboards and alert/pager routing
• Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps tooling and hands-on troubleshooting
• Experience with CI/CD tooling, containerization, and systems programming in Python or Go
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Solid understanding of core storage protocols across file, object, block, and structured storage
