Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; active CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of relevant corporate tax experience including public accounting and/or in-house tax in complex multi-entity business
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, US GAAP tax accounting and disclosures with quarterly or annual provision leadership
• Solid US federal corporate tax foundation and experience overseeing multi-state and international compliance via advisers
• Working knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
• Experience coordinating audits, technical analyses and cross-functional projects under competing deadlines
• Strong analytical, review and project-management skills with judgment to escalate material matters
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with finance and business stakeholders
