Ideal candidate

CPA with 8+ years in corporate tax who loves owning the global provision and building scalable, audit-ready processes. Analytical and discreet operator who partners early across Finance and business in a fast-growing AI cloud.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation or a related field
• Active CPA license strongly preferred
• Eight or more years of relevant corporate tax experience, including public accounting and/or in-house tax role
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, US GAAP tax accounting and disclosures, with experience leading provision work
• Solid US federal corporate tax foundation and experience overseeing multi-state and international compliance through advisers
• Working knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
• Experience coordinating audits, technical analyses and cross-functional projects with incomplete data and competing deadlines
• Strong analytical, review and project-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information
