Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program leadership or engineering management shipping complex cloud services
- Strong understanding of software delivery, infrastructure architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience with GPU infrastructure, ML platforms, or orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams through ambiguity and influence without authority
- Clear communicator across engineering teams and senior stakeholders
