Ideal candidate
Hands-on integration architect who loves owning complex data flows end to end and partnering across Finance, IT, and Security to deliver reliable, auditable systems at scale.
Requirements
- Experience migrating from Rippling or another all-in-one HR/payroll platform to Workday
- Experience with international payroll providers (for example ADP Celergo, CloudPay, Papaya Global, Deel) and employer-of-record arrangements
- Familiarity with the rest of our stack: NetSuite, Okta, Lumos, Workato, BigQuery
- IPO readiness experience, including integration control design and equity compensation data flows
- Experience using AI tooling to accelerate integration testing, documentation, mapping, or reconciliation
