Requirements
- Experience migrating from Rippling or another all-in-one HR/payroll platform to Workday
- Experience with international payroll providers and employer-of-record arrangements
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Okta, Lumos, Workato, BigQuery
- IPO readiness experience, including integration control design and equity compensation data flows
- Experience using AI tooling to accelerate integration testing, documentation, mapping, or reconciliation
