- 8+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, infrastructure investing or similar
- Time inside an operating company working with non-finance teams
- Evaluated large, long-lived capital commitments and can explain returns and risk
- Comfortable working with engineers and operators, listening first to understand the business
- Writes and presents clearly, holds a point of view with senior leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure where there was none
