Requirements

• Proven track record running protein design campaigns end-to-end to functional requirements
• Experience with AI generative modeling including model training and large-scale inference
• PhD or equivalent industry experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, biochemistry, structural biology, physics, biophysics or related field
• Research experience in protein biochemistry using computational expertise
• Experience collaborating with wet-lab teams to achieve protein design objectives
• Track record of successful commercial and/or academic projects demonstrated via publications, patents or impactful outcomes
• Excellent communication skills conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
