Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or closely related quantitative field
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles and modern ML frameworks
• Experience building systems that access large models via APIs
• Significant experience designing, deploying and maintaining large-scale model serving infrastructure
• Hands-on experience building robust API layers around ML models
• Direct experience deploying AI systems for external customers
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures
• Strong communicator able to collaborate across research and business stakeholders
