Requirements

• Experience in generative modelling with deep understanding of architectures, training dynamics and inference behaviour
• Strong ML development skills writing robust, tested, maintainable code with version control and code review
• Experience serving large models via APIs and running inference on cloud hardware with parallelisation across accelerators
• Customer-facing and delivery-oriented with ability to translate complex concepts for scientific and non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for optimising deep learning models for training and inference speed, performance and reliability
