Requirements

• Experience in generative modelling with deep understanding of architectures, training dynamics and inference behaviour
• Track record of notable ML projects via open-source contributions, product launches or top-tier publications
• Strong ML engineering skills writing robust, tested, maintainable code with version control and code review
• Experience serving large models via APIs and running inference on cloud hardware parallelised across accelerators
• Customer-facing, delivery-oriented mindset with ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders
• Passion for optimising models for training and inference speed, performance and reliability
• Experience in computational biology or protein design (preferred)
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software for security and compliance (preferred)
