Requirements
- PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry or related field
- 1-3 years industry experience for Scientist, 3+ years for Senior Scientist
- Design, optimize and troubleshoot cell-based and biochemical assays
- Experience with high-throughput plate-based workflows and automation
- Hands-on molecular biology and mammalian cell culture expertise
- Experience with cloning, functional assays, flow cytometry, ELISA or NGS
- Use Python to process data and assess assay quality
- Document methods in Benchling, LIMS or similar tools
- Senior role requires mentoring and CRO project ownership including SOWs
