Requirements

• Ph.D. in Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or related discipline with at least 3 years post-degree experience
• Minimum 8 years experience in photonic devices, photonic integrated circuits and semiconductor physics
• Strong understanding of silicon photonics
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams across photonics, packaging, thermal, systems and firmware
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills for problems without obvious solutions
