Requirements

• Detailed market and technical knowledge of silicon photonics and related optical technologies
• 10+ years related experience with 6+ years in product management, marketing, applications engineering, and business development driving complex semiconductor products to volume production
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
• Track record driving products from business definition through design-in, volume production, and EOL
• Experience with datacenter-deployed technology including management and maintenance of optical components
• End-to-end knowledge of semiconductor chip design and manufacturing processes
• Skilled in analyzing complex datasets to inform product and business strategy
