Requirements

• MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or related field
• Deep expertise in finite element stress, warpage and assembly modeling
• Hands-on multi-physics thermal-structural and solder joint simulation experience
• Experience with photonic packaging such as silicon photonics and co-packaged optics
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
