Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 12+ years building and deploying large-scale production systems with 5+ years leading senior engineers
• Track record building high-performing teams in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Deep technical judgment on Applied AI and full-stack architecture
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic tooling
• Proven ability to define technical strategy and balance scalability, performance and delivery speed
• Strong cross-functional partner able to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
