Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or cross-functional coordination with responsibility for timelines and resourcing
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across complex multidisciplinary programs
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes
• Experience managing programs with external partners including governance and milestones
• Outstanding communication skills for executive and external audiences
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
