Requirements

• 8+ years as founder, Chief of Staff, function head or senior operator
• PhD, founding experience or hands-on training in scientific or AI domain
• Helped shape hard technical decisions in AI or science-driven environment
• Operates without playbook in fast-scaling ambiguous environments
• Exceptional communicator who makes complex technical work legible
• High emotional intelligence, discretion and ability to push back
