Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, emergency management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years (L5) to 8+ years (L6) of experience in corporate/physical security operations, GSOC/SOC environment, law enforcement, or military service
• Hands-on experience with access control systems and video management systems
• Experience monitoring and managing intrusion detection/alarm systems
• Demonstrated experience leading incident response coordination and interfacing with first responders
• Experience ensuring compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2, NFPA)
• Experience managing Emergency Notification Systems and radio systems
• Strong track record writing and maintaining SOPs, security policies, and emergency plans
• Ability to work onsite full-time at 5 Alewife Park, Cambridge, MA
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
