Requirements

• 15+ years in Product Management shipping complex, multidisciplinary software systems from 0-to-1 to scale
• Experience building software with AI at its core; AI-native
• Deep understanding of the scientific method via scientific schooling or building software for scientists
• Experience building and leading large, high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a founding environment with drive for mission impact
• Able to communicate technical and scientific concepts to engineers through investors
