Ideal candidate

A detail-driven accountant with capital-intensive experience who loves building scalable processes from scratch and partnering with operations to support growing lab and facilities infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly fixed asset, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and lease accounting
• Experience supporting fixed asset accounting in a capital-intensive environment
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
• Experience supporting laboratory, manufacturing, research, or facility-intensive operations
