Requirements
- MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years in product management or technical product ownership delivering complex hardware and software systems
- Working fluency in at least one Chemistry AISF domain with ability to get credible quickly in others
- Track record of writing requirements engineers can build from
- Comfort making prioritization calls on incomplete information and documenting reasoning
- Experience leading through influence in matrixed organization across science, engineering, software and commercial teams
- Strong written communication with charters, roadmaps and requirements documents
