Requirements

• 7+ years of backend software engineering with APIs, backend services, or platform infrastructure

• Solid in Python (e.g. FastAPI), Kubernetes, AWS, databases
• Care about developer experience, clear errors, and backward compatibility
• Ship working code regularly, debug production, and own systems end-to-end
• Work well across infra, data, apps, and science teams under ambiguity
