Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8-15 years building and deploying large-scale production systems
• Strong expertise in front-end, backend, or data modeling and system design
• Experience designing scalable architectures, APIs and distributed data systems
• Strong SQL plus NoSQL, vector, graph, search, or lakehouse experience
• Experience in life sciences, ML platforms, lab or automation systems
• Experience with observability, reliability and operational excellence
