Requirements

• 3-6 years in supply chain, demand or materials planning, or order management
• Track record of owning delivery dates end to end
• Judgement to prioritize what gets planned and defend that order
• Strong spreadsheet and data skills translating transactions into supply view
• Experience coordinating across suppliers, freight and internal receiving
• Comfortable with shifting priorities in an early-stage function
• Comfort building from nothing, starting simple rather than perfect
