Requirements

• 12+ years progressive accounting across Big 4 public accounting and industry, ideally high-growth or pre-IPO tech
• Active CPA required or strongly preferred
• Strong US GAAP expertise with depth in ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 718 stock compensation
• Direct experience managing external auditors and building SOX-ready controls
• Experience implementing or owning NetSuite ERP and finance integrations
• Able to present technical positions and close results to CFO, board and audit committee
