Requirements
- Experience in People Operations, HR operations or payroll, including time at an early-stage startup or small team
- Hands-on admin experience with a modern HRIS owning data and processing onboarding, offboarding and changes
- Experience supporting employees across multiple US states and countries
- Working knowledge of US benefits and compliance including open enrollment, ERISA and COBRA
- Strong spreadsheet and analysis skills for comp benchmarks, cost models and headcount reporting
