Requirements

• Direct, hands-on ML or applied LLM experience building or training models
• Understand prompting vs fine-tuning in practice and when LFMs fit
• Use AI and coding tools to prototype and test hypotheses yourself
• Demonstrated ownership of product direction and prioritization
• Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete, buildable plans with light support
