Requirements

• 4+ years running demand generation or growth marketing campaigns end-to-end in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience building and running paid, email, and content-driven campaigns yourself
• Comfortable partnering closely with fast-growing sales and SDR team on integrated campaigns
• Strong command of marketing automation and attribution tooling (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
• Data-driven, able to tie campaigns to metrics sales cares about
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly
• Experience with field events, driving attendance, follow-ups, and promotion
